DIRECTIONS

From the Holland Tunnel: Exit tunnel and turn right onto Luis Munoz Blvd. Travel 1/2 mile and turn right onto Observer Highway. Travel 1/2 mile and turn left onto Washington Street. Travel down and make a right onto 11th Street. The Maxwell Places Sales Center is straight ahead on your right.

From the Lincoln Tunnel: Take Willow Ave Weehawken/Hoboken Exit immediately after exiting tunnel. Continue 3/4 mile on Willow Ave and turn left onto 11th Street. Proceed several blocks on 11th Street and the Maxwell Place Sales Center is straight ahead on your right.

NY Waterway: From ferry terminal, walk 2 blocks up 14th Street. Turn left on Hudson Street. Make a left at 11th Street. The Maxwell Place Sales center is straight ahead on your right.

PATH: The Maxwell Place Sales Office is approximately 3/4 mile from Hoboken Terminal. Taxis are available outside the terminal or it is a leisurely 15 to 20 min walk along the waterfront.

From NJ Turnpike (South): Take NJ Turnpike extension toward Exit 14C (Holland Tunnel). Turn left at Jersey Ave. which is the first traffic light at the end of the Turnpike extension. Follow Observer Highway and turn left onto Washington Street. Turn right onto 11th Street. The Maxwell Place Sales Center is straight ahead on your right.

From NJ Turnpike (North): Take NJ Turnpike extension toward Exit 17 (Lincoln Tunnel) to NJ-495E. Take exit towards Weehawken/Hoboken. Turn right onto JFK Blvd. E. Stay straight onto Park Ave. Turn left onto 15th Street. Turn right onto Hudson Street. Turn left at 11th Street. The Maxwell Place Sales Center is straight ahead on your right.
