From the first day, we were super impressed with the attentiveness, politeness and promptness of the Sales Office manager Sarah Fuller. We thought, this can't be true, a builder who is polite, knows what we are looking for and is not trying to push us into something we don't want. WOW. We have built several homes and have never experienced this kind of service before.

I realize this sounds like a "commercial" for Amalfi, but I must say that for all the houses and developments we looked at in making this move to California, we can honestly say that given the location, unit layout, views, quality of construction, community feel/amenities, sales staff, construction crews, etc., etc., there is nothing that came close to giving us the "total package" in what we wanted like the Sorrento/Amalfi option did.

Around the time that we signed the contract with Toll, Alex Martin gave us his direct office/cell number for any questions/concerns. My husband, who knows my obsessive-compulsive nature too well, even commented that Alex doesn't know what he is getting into! All our doubts regarding building quickly vanished within a few days of signing the contract, mostly because of our interactions with Alex. His professionalism, knowledge, sense of responsibility, interpersonal skills, and most importantly, availability and approachability make us more comfortable and confident with Toll every passing day.

Having done numerous transactions over the years in Las Vegas/Henderson and with Toll Brothers, I am a big believer in the Toll product and more importantly the communities that Toll creates. While I have made many great business relationships with New Home Agents across the Vegas Valley, one of my stand alone favorite Agents is Lou Papas. Lou's ability to read and work with diverse clients and his genuine personality has made our deals comfortable and makes me confident in a deal that will close.
