title: "Wayland"
description: "Luxe contemporary lifestyle touches. The Wayland's welcoming extended covered entry opens immediately onto the expansive great room and view of the generous desirable covered patio beyond. The well-designed kitchen overlooks a bright casual dining area, and is highlighted by a large center island with breakfast bar, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and sizable walk-in pantry. The marvelous primary bedroom suite is enhanced by an enormous walk-in closet and spa-like primary bath with dual-sink vanity, luxe glass-enclosed shower with seat and drying area, and private water closet. The spacious secondary bedroom features a walk-in closet and private full bath. Additional highlights include a secluded office at the front of the home, convenient powder room, centrally located laundry, and additional storage."
