## Description

The Hedgewood blends modern design and functionality across two thoughtfully crafted levels. A dramatic two-story foyer opens into a gorgeous two-story great room, creating a striking central gathering space that flows seamlessly into the kitchen. The kitchen features a center island, walk-in pantry, and connects to a casual dining area that opens onto the rear patio—ideal for indoor-outdoor living. A first-floor bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and access to a hall bath is perfect for guests or extended stays. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a tray ceiling, spacious walk-in closet, and spa-like bath with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, luxe shower with seat, and private water closet. Three secondary bedrooms—two with private baths—offer comfort and privacy. Additional highlights include a versatile first-floor flex room, second-floor laundry, everyday entry, and generous storage throughout.
