description: "The David offers a blend of elegance and everyday comfort across two spacious levels. A tray ceiling accents the welcoming foyer, which flows into the great room, casual dining area, and kitchen—perfect for entertaining or unwinding by the great room fireplace. The kitchen’s center island, L-shaped counter, and walk-in pantry are perfect for the aspiring chef. The primary suite boasts dual walk-in closets and a primary bath with a dual-sink vanity, shower with seat, and a private water closet. Upstairs, two secondary bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and private bath and one with access to a full hall bath, are complemented by a versatile loft and unfinished storage space. Additional features include a main living powder room, flex room/office, laundry area, and everyday entry."
