## Description

The Lavern creates an airy and spacious atmosphere thanks to its stunning two-story great room with vaulted ceilings. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the great room to the L-shaped kitchen sporting a large center island, and a casual dining area. The first level features a convenient primary bedroom suite, a walk-in closet and a primary bath with a dual-sink vanity and private water closet. Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed secondary bedrooms, a shared hall bath, and a versatile loft space overlooking the great room. The second level also features a dedicated office with its own walk-in closet, providing a quiet workspace. The substantial attic storage area offers ample space for seasonal items and extra belongings that would otherwise clutter your spacious two-car garage with its everyday entry.
