## Description

The three-story Auren makes a striking first impression as soon as you step inside. A soaring two-story great room opens to a gourmet kitchen and a bright casual dining area. A large center island and walk-in pantry define the well-appointed kitchen, while a covered patio provides a seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining space. A first-floor bedroom offers a plentiful walk-in closet and a personal full bath for comfort and privacy. An elegant second-floor primary bedroom suite includes two walk-in closets and a spa-like private bath with a dual-sink vanity, a soaking tub, a shower, and a water closet. Three secondary bedrooms each have ample walk-in closets and access to two full baths, ideal for family and guests. A third-floor loft with a full bath provides additional flexible living space. Other highlights include a second-floor loft, a powder room, an everyday entry, a drop zone, and a two-car garage.
