Route straight to our section: From Highway 71 and Highway 290 intersection (also known as the the "Y"), travel west on Highway 290. Continue 8.4 miles and turn left onto Sawyer Ranch Road. Proceed for .7 mile then turn left onto Belterra Drive (community's secondary entrance). Then right onto Mesa Verde Drive. Our temporary sales office will be at the corner of Mesa Verde Drive and Encanto Place.

Scenic route through community's main entrance on Highway 290: From Highway 71 and Highway 290 intersection (also known as the the "Y"), travel west on Highway 290. Continue 7.6 miles and turn left onto Belterra Drive (community's primary entrance). Travel 2.3 miles and turn left onto Mesa Verde Drive. Our temporary sales office will be at the corner of Mesa Verde Drive and Encanto Place.
