title: "Metcalf"
description: "The kitchen is truly the heart of the Metcalf home design. Enter through the soaring two-story foyer hallway and past the spacious office to find the spacious great room and casual dining area. The well-appointed kitchen offers a lovely view onto the large covered patio and is complete with a large center island with breakfast bar, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a roomy walk-in pantry. Highlighting the palatial primary bedroom suite are a stunning cathedral ceiling, an expansive walk-in closet, and a spa-like primary bath with dual-sink vanity, a large soaking tub, a luxe shower, and a private water closet. Central to a generous loft, secondary bedrooms feature walk-in closets and shared hall bath with separate dual-sink vanity area. Additional highlights include a versatile first-floor bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bath, a convenient powder room, an everyday entry, a centrally located laundry, and additional storage."
