title: "Woodfern"
description: "The Woodfern creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. A soaring two-story foyer leads you into a stunning great room, a casual dining area and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with a center island and a walk-in pantry. A covered patio extends the living area, creating an ideal entertaining space. A first-floor bedroom offers closet space and adjoins a full bath for comfort and convenience. An elegant second-floor primary bedroom suite offers privacy and features a spacious walk-in closet and a spa-like bath with a dual-sink vanity, and a soothing shower. Two secondary bedrooms share a full hall bath, ideal for family or guests. Additional highlights include a loft space and a two-car garage."
