Directions to our sales office located at Chapel Hill at Sparta from New York: Take I-80 W to Exit 34B (Sparta - Jefferson) Rt. 15 N. Proceed 13 9/10 miles to Father John's Lane. Turn right and travel 2/10 mile to Chapel Hill Court. Turn right and proceed to the sales office at the intersection of Chapel Hill Court and Fieldview Drive.
Directions to High Ridge Estates from the South (Intersection of Rt. 80 and Rt. 15): Travel on Rt. 15 N for 17 miles to Rt. 565 and turn right. Stay on Rt. 565 for 3 miles and turn right onto Losey Rd. Proceed 2/10 mile and turn left onto Pelletown Rd. Continue for 3/10 mile and turn right onto High Ridge Ln. Follow signs to the sales center.
Directions to High Ridge Estates from the East (Intersection of Rt. 287 and Rt. 23): Travel on Rt. 23 N for 19 miles to Rt. 517 and turn left. Follow Rt. 517 for 5 miles to Rt. 15 N and turn right. Proceed on Rt. 15 for 7 miles and turn right onto Rt. 565. Continue for 3 miles and turn right onto Losey Rd. Proceed 2/10 mile and turn left onto Pelletown Rd.
