Such disclosure statement must be dated and signed by the purchaser and the home builder and included in or attached to the contract of sale. A purchaser who does not receive such disclosure statement on or before entering into the contract of sale has an unconditional right, on written notice to the home builder, to rescind the contract of sale at any time either before the receipt of the disclosure statement or within 5 days after receipt of the disclosure statement.

From I-495 South (Inner Loop): Take Exit 13 (Ritchie Marlboro Road) toward Upper Marlboro. Continue through two roundabouts to proceed eastbound on Ritchie Marlboro Road. Proceed to second stop light and turn right to continue on Ritchie Marlboro Road for 2-1/2 miles. Turn right onto Marlboro Ridge Road; then turn left at the stop sign onto Bridle Ridge Road. At the next stop sign, turn right onto Dappled Gray Way and proceed past the stop sign to our model home and sales center on the right at the intersection of Dappled Gray Way and Cross Country Terrace.
