I-495 N or I-495 S: Exit 19 for MA-109 East/Medway Rd. Follow 109E for 2.7 miles. There will be a right onto Highland St, then a quick left onto Main St to stay on 109E. Continue traveling on 109E for 1.3 miles then turn left onto Holliston St in Medway. Continue on Holliston St for 2 miles and turn right onto Goulding St which will turn into Orchard St. The Regency at Glen Ellen Sales Center entrance will be approximately 1 mile on the left. Turn left onto Glen Ellen Blvd.

I-95 N or I-95 S (also called 128): Exit 16B for MA-109 West.  Follow 109W for 11 miles. Take a right onto Plain St to Exchange St/115N and follow for about 1.2 miles. Take a left onto Orchard St. Follow Orchard St for approximately 1.5 miles. The Regency at Glen Ellen Sales Center entrance will be on the right. Turn right onto Glen Ellen Blvd.

I-90 W or I-90 E (also called Mass Pike): Exit 13 for Route 30 Natick.  Follow Rte 30 to Speen St and take a right onto Speen St. Follow this to MA-27 South. Follow 27S to Rte 115 South and take a right towards Millis. Stay on 115S for 2 miles. Take a right at the fork, then at the stop sign go straight onto Orchard St. Follow Orchard St for approximately 1.5 miles. The Regency at Glen Ellen Sales Center entrance will be on the right. Turn right onto Glen Ellen Blvd.
