Our quick move-in homes are perfect for buyers who want a newly constructed luxury home, but don't have the luxury of time. With all the pre-construction and early stages completed, quick move-in homes can typically close anywhere from three months to even three weeks from agreement.
Move-in ready homes are complete with finishes and fixtures selected by professional design consultants. If you have a vision in mind, our design-ready homes offer the opportunity to make some selections based on your own taste with help from the professional design consultants in our Design Studios.
