Quality designs. Expert craftsmanship. Specialty materials and color palettes.

If this sounds like the making of a luxury home, it is.

If you think you can’t afford it, think again. In 2019, the Arizona division of Toll Brothers debuted a new concept called “An Introduction to Luxury,” with a new line of homes priced from the low $300,000s.

Set on 6,050-square-foot sites, the one- and two-story Toll Brothers homes feature six brand new home designs, plus signature features such as glass pocket doors, soaring ceilings, and contemporary lighting. Swipe through the below photo gallery to get acquainted with these homes.

 Accessible Luxury

“The idea is to make luxury accessible, with thoughtfully designed and well-crafted homes at an attractive price,” said Matthew Trinklein, sales consultant at The Crossings at Meridian.

Buyers can choose from one of six home designs in a variety of architectural styles—from farmhouse and ranch to craftsman and prairie—ranging in size from 1,800 to 3,100 square feet with up to six bedrooms and four-and-one-half baths, making this the perfect community for families of all sizes. Buyers also can test materials and color options using Toll Brothers’ innovative 3D Kitchen Visualizer.

Community Amenities

But luxury isn’t limited to the homes. Residents also have access to the community’s pool and splash pad, outdoor movie ramada, and play structure. The Meridian master plan also includes miles of walking and biking trails, equestrian trails, and a community fireplace. It all adds up to a dream lifestyle in a dream location.

“All of this, plus shopping, top-notch schools, and nearby entertainment make The Crossings at Meridian a coveted place to live,” Trinklein said.
