      Good Day

      I want to say you built beautiful homes. Im looking for a gated community with nice people and peaceful. I live in Bronx with the hope and dream of moving within within a year or less to one of your homes . I’m brainstorming and watching some of the videos. Absolutely gorgeous homes…. I don’t have much funds as of yet to put downpayment. My goal is to have a nice townhouse beautiful view. I’m trying to work on it. Maybe jersey, sleephollow. Just wanted to share my comment.

      With the recent expansion of the NJ TURNPIKE the commute up and down the state is quite reasonable. So my question is are there any new adult communities in the Upper Freehold or Western Monmouth County area coming soon?

      The Hudson looks nice, the front and backyard is very nicely landscaped. I would like to take a tour. The Weatherstone is awesome as well.

      My husband and I have looked at one of your homes in holmdel my husband wants to retire and I would like to be in an adult community before he retires I am open to a townhouse but must have 3 bedrooms 2car garage walk in closet for master and would like a basement but not a deal breaker. But I need to be in the Aberdeen Matawan oldbridge or Middletown area I can’t go further then that and I want an adult community also pricing well 600,000 would b my max but I would like to see what’s out there we saw the Ashton sad it was very pricey and a bit big but beautiful and I don’t know what I can get for my house thank you
