Toll Brothers Campus Living offers the next generation in student housing with upscale, fully furnished apartments, as well as townhome-style residences for college students. Currently, Toll Brothers Campus living is only offering student housing at Terrapin Row in College Park, Maryland, but we plan to expand the brand soon! Community luxuries include:
