After you purchase your new Toll Brothers home in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, or Texas, Toll Brothers will reimburse your travel expenses at settlement. Those traveling within the U.S. can receive up to $2,000 USD and those moving from outside the U.S. can be reimbursed up to $4,000 USD. This program is available for a limited time and only applies to homes purchased in a participating Toll Brothers community within 90 days of their first visit.
