From I-95: Take the Woodhaven Road exit (Route 63 West) and follow for 3 miles. Bear left when Woodhaven Road ends and turn right onto Byberry Road. Travel for 1 8/10 miles and turn left onto Philmont Avenue. Follow Philmont Ave. which becomes Welsh Rd. at Huntingdon Pike for 3 1/2 miles to the sales center on the left at the intersection of Welsh & Walton Roads.
Alternate Directions From I-95: Take the Academy Road/Linden Avenue exit and follow Academy Road for 2 miles to Grant Avenue. Turn left onto Grant Avenue. Travel for 4 miles, bearing right onto Welsh Road. Continue 2 miles on Welsh Road to Huntingdon Pike and turn right. At the next light, turn left onto Welsh Road. Follow to the next traffic light and turn left into the Sales Center.
From the PA Turnpike: Take the Willow Grove exit (Exit 343) to Route 611 South. Travel on Route 611 South for 1/2 mile to Fitzwatertown Road. Turn left onto Fitzwatertown Road and follow for 3 1/2 miles to Welsh Road (after you cross over Route 263, Fitzwatertown Road becomes Terwood Road). Turn left onto Welsh Road (Route 63) and follow to the first traffic light and turn right to enter the Sales Center.

I purchased a condominium at Huntingdon Place after inspecting numerous properties and made my decision based on the excellent and convenient location, quality, workmanship and attention to detail throughout the building. My wife and I moved into Huntingdon Place and from the first time that we met our sales manager we can honestly say that the experience had exceeded our expectations. The actual operating cost versus the estimate provided by sales were spot on. The construction team was also excellent as each detail was addressed with speed and competence. We found our new neighbors to be friendly and ready to help and the social events have proved to be and excellent opportunity to get acquainted with the other residents. It has been a very nice experience and I would highly recommend Huntingdon Place to anyone looking for a pleasant convenient life style.
On behalf of the Huntingdon Place Social Committee, I would like to personally thank Toll Brothers for underwriting such a wonderful Holiday party. In my opinion this was the best one yet. The food was a total hit and the wine and beer flowed all evening. Even more importantly was the presence and support of the Toll team. Conversation flowed all evening, new friendships were formed and both toy boxes were filled to the brim for Toys for Tots. Camaraderie among the residents has always been our priority and it was certainly present at the holiday party. Again, my heartfelt thanks!
