Toll Brothers co-founder Robert I. Toll was a passionate advocate for giving back, and as such, a spirit of philanthropy has long been in our company's DNA. It's woven into the fabric of our culture and reflected in the ways we support the communities where we live and work.
Former CEO Douglas C. Yearley, Jr. shared Bob's deep commitment to philanthropy and seamlessly carried that legacy forward, strengthening and expanding Toll Brothers' charitable efforts throughout his 15 years as CEO. Under the leadership of current CEO Karl Mistry, an over 20-year veteran of Toll Brothers, giving back will remain a defining part of who we are as a company.
HomeAid is an extraordinary organization dedicated to helping those who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. HomeAid brings together builders like Toll Brothers with trade partners and vendors nationwide to develop much-needed housing and facilities for our most vulnerable and underserved communities. Our employees have proudly supported HomeAid for years, serving on local boards and spearheading transformative projects for the community.
In 2025, Toll Brothers deepened its relationship with HomeAid by making them the beneficiary of our annual Toll Brothers Gala fundraising efforts. By joining forces, we can help create a future where individuals from all walks of life can overcome homelessness, maintain their dignity, and build stable and fulfilling lives.
For a number of years, Toll Brothers has proudly supported the American Cancer Society (ACS), a nationwide, community-based health organization, in its mission to free the world from cancer through life-saving research. Toll Brothers has raised more than $10 million for the American Cancer Society over the course of 15 years, through donations and fundraising events.
Former CEO Douglas C. Yearley, Jr. was one of the founding co-chairs of the Pennsylvania chapter of CEOs Against Cancer, and Toll Brothers continues to be a supporter. The CEOs Against Cancer initiative leverages the power of global thought leaders to inspire a movement within organizations that directly improves the lives of employees and communities, all while making a meaningful investment in the fight against cancer.
