While Toll Brothers is a luxury home builder, we are not by definition a custom builder. Many of our communities offer numerous personalization options for home designs, floor plans, and luxury finishes. We offer the highest quality homes and options, allowing our customers to make their home truly unique to them.

Can I still personalize or make upgrades to my new home?

Home buyers have multiple floor plans to choose from with a wide variety of options to personalize various spaces throughout the home. Onsite Sales Consultants will guide you through the structural and design selection process. Toll Brothers has Design Studios located throughout the country with experienced, professional Design Consultants available to guide you through the interior design selection process. Will Toll Brothers build on my lot?

How do I become a part of the Toll Brothers team?

The Toll Career Center is updated daily to reflect the most current job openings for Toll Brothers and all of its subsidiary operations. On the home page of the Toll Brothers Career Center, you can search for open positions by keyword, division, or location. Once you find an opening that fits your search criteria, select the position and click "Apply for This Job." If it is your first time applying for a position with Toll Brothers, we do ask that you create a profile. How does the Toll Brothers home buying and building process work?

Building a home with Toll Brothers typically takes between 6-12 months on average, consists of five major phases (outlined below), and culminates when you move in and start living in your new dream home. For your comfort and convenience, the process can be completed both onsite and/or remotely using a collection of virtual tools. Quick move-in homes, including move-in ready and design-ready options, are also available if you need to move into a home soon.

What is a quick move-in home?

Quick move-in homes are new homes in Toll Brothers communities that are either under construction or already complete. Our quick move-in homes reduce the time it takes to build a new home while often still allowing you to select many of the final fixtures and features. You can find all quick move-in homes in your desired location by searching by location and selecting "Only Quick Move-In Homes" at the top of your screen.

Do you have decorated model homes available for purchase?

Yes, many of our communities offer decorated model homes for sale, depending on availability. Contact your Online Sales Consultant to find out more.

Can I buy a Toll Brothers home as an investment home?

This varies by community. Contact the Sales Center in your community of choice for more details.

Can I build a home design from another area?

Our architects create beautiful home designs that are specifically created for each region, so we cannot import home designs from other regions. We take into account considerations such as local style, preferences, topography, climate, energy requirements, and other elements that are unique to the area. There are also strict local regulations, building codes, and processes that vary greatly from region to region. Our Online and Onsite Sales Consultants can introduce you to the many amazing home designs that we offer in your area of interest. Once you see how you can personalize your Toll Brothers home, we're confident that we can help you create a home that you will truly love.

How long does it take to build a Toll Brothers home?

Many of our communities have homes available for immediate or quick move-in. Building a home with Toll Brothers typically takes on average between 6-12 months, but this can vary by region and community. What is included in the base price of a Toll Brothers home?

Each Toll Brothers home comes with outstanding included features, which vary by home design and community. Are there any additional costs we will need to plan and consider?

If you are planning to build and personalize your home, Toll Brothers offers optional structural and design upgrades beyond the included luxury finishes. What is required to reserve a home?

Most, but not all, regions will offer a limited-time home site reservation period. This may include a completed financing questionnaire (called the Pre-Application Worksheet) and a refundable deposit. Contact your community of interest for more specific information.

How do I speak with a Toll Brothers Sales Consultant?

Once you visit our website and select a region or community of interest, you can either call or email our Online Sales Consultants directly or provide your contact information and an Online Sales Consultant will contact you.

Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a new construction home?

No, you do not need a real estate agent to purchase a new home from Toll Brothers. Of course, you are free to work with a real estate agent if you choose, and we ask that they accompany you on your first visit to the community so that we know how to best assist you in the process.

What is an Active Adult community?

Toll Brothers Active Adult communities offer residents ages 55+ the ultimate in carefree and often low-maintenance living. Homeowners in these communities enjoy resort-style amenities and activities, as well as the chance to explore and make lifelong friends in some of the nation's most popular cities. No, we do not offer renovation services once your home has been completed.

Does Toll Brothers finish the yard and landscaping?

In select communities, buyers have the option to utilize our experienced landscape designers and architects to develop a personalized landscaping plan for their home. If you've just purchased your Toll Brothers home, you can work through the design process so that when you move in you will be able to enjoy your beautifully landscaped property immediately. And, since landscape design is an enhancement and an investment in your new home, you may be able to build the cost into your financing. Landscape services vary by community. Does Toll Brothers offer a homeowner referral program?

Yes. In states that allow for homeowner referral programs, we offer incentives for referring buyers who purchase and close on a Toll Brothers home.
