While Toll Brothers is a luxury home builder, we are not by definition a custom builder. Many of our communities offer numerous personalization options for home designs, floor plans, and luxury finishes. We offer the highest quality homes and options, allowing our customers to make their home truly unique to them.
Can I still personalize or make upgrades to my new home?
Home buyers have multiple floor plans to choose from with a wide variety of options to personalize various spaces throughout the home. Onsite Sales Consultants will guide you through the structural and design selection process. Toll Brothers has Design Studios located throughout the country with experienced, professional Design Consultants available to guide you through the interior design selection process. The Toll Career Center is updated daily to reflect the most current job openings for Toll Brothers and all of its subsidiary operations. On the home page of the Toll Brothers Career Center, you can search for open positions by keyword, division, or location. What are the HOA fees?
A Homeowner's Association fee, or HOA fee, is an amount of dues that must be paid regularly to a Homeowner's Association by the owners of residential properties that belong to a larger community. These fees typically cover things like community management and access to and maintenance of amenities and common areas. HOAs collect these fees to assist with maintaining and improving property values and quality of life for all owners in the community.
