From I-5: Take exit #199 and turn East at the light onto 4th Street / Highway 528. Drive east for 0.8 mile as the road will becomes 64th Street NE / Highway 528. Continue east for 1.7 miles and then turn right onto 73rd Avenue NE. After 0.2 mile the community will be in front of you. Turn left onto 61st Street NE and the sales center will be on your right.

From Highway 9: Turn West onto 64th Street NE / Highway 528. After 1.1 mile, turn left onto 71st Avenue NE. 71st Avenue NE turns slightly left and becomes 63rd Place NE. Turn right onto 73rd Avenue NE and then left onto 61st Street NE. The community will be in front of you. Turn left onto 61st Street NE and the sales center will be on your right.
