From Route 113 and Route 401: Take Route 401 West for 8/10 mile to Byers Road, and turn left. Continue on Byers Road for 2 3/10 miles to Graphite Mine Road, and turn right. Continue to the first traffic light, and turn right onto Station Boulevard. Continue approximately 1/4 mile. At the stop sign, turn right onto Sunderland Avenue.
