From Route 202 North: Take the Exton exit to Route 100 North. Drive past the Downingtown exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and continue for 1 mile. Bear right onto Graphite Mine Road. Travel to the second traffic light, and turn right onto Station Boulevard. Continue approximately 1/4 mile. At the stop sign, turn right onto Sunderland Avenue. Continue approximately 1/2 mile and the sales center will be on your left.

From Route 113 and Route 401: Take Route 401 West for 8/10 mile to Byers Road, and turn left. Continue on Byers Road for 2 3/10 miles to Graphite Mine Road, and turn right. Continue to the first traffic light, and turn right onto Station Boulevard. Continue approximately 1/4 mile. At the stop sign, turn right onto Sunderland Avenue. Continue approximately 1/2 mile and the sales center will be on your left.

From King of Prussia: Travel west on the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the Downingtown exit. Travel on Route 100 North, and continue for 1 mile. Bear right onto Graphite Mine Road. Travel to the second traffic light, and turn right onto Station Boulevard. Continue approximately 1/4 mile. At the stop sign, turn right onto Sunderland Avenue. Continue approximately 1/2 mile and the sales center will be on your left.
